Rose CiConta is a minister, author, visionary entrepreneur, business owner, content creator, devoted mother, and grandmother, who is passionate about empowering women to embrace God's purpose and boldly say “yes” to His calling.

As the owner of Virginia Beach Weddings, Rose has spent more than 15 years helping couples celebrate one of life's most meaningful milestones as they say, “I do.” Her extensive experience in the wedding industry, combined with a successful background in corporate sales and marketing, has made her a sought-after speaker, teacher, coach, and mentor who equips others to lead with purpose, confidence, and authenticity.

Rose is the founder of the It's Time to Fly Women's Empowerment Conference, the visionary behind the Pause Experience Women's Retreat 2027, and the author of the forthcoming devotional, Selah: The Pause Experience Devotional, releasing in early 2027. Through her conferences, retreats, writing, and ministry, she encourages women to pause, seek God's presence, heal from life's disappointments, and move forward with courage, knowing that God's purpose is always greater than their past.

Originally from Southern California, Rose relocated to Virginia in 2014 with her two-year-old granddaughter following the end of a difficult marriage. Arriving with only a few bags that could fit on a Greyhound bus, she endured months of living in motels and in her car while navigating heartbreak, uncertainty, and shame. It was during that wilderness season that she encountered the restoring power of God in a profound way. He renewed her faith, restored her hope, and revealed that no life is beyond His redemption. Today, her testimony stands as living proof that God restores, redeems, and faithfully fulfills His promises.

Rose faithfully serves at Grace Worship Center as a minister and teacher, sharing the hope, healing, and restoration she has experienced firsthand. Her desire is for every woman she encounters to understand that God's plans are always greater than our own. She challenges women to surrender their dreams, trust God's direction, and recognize that a plan without God is just a good idea—but a plan surrendered to God becomes purpose with eternal impact. Her prayer is that every woman leaves encouraged to make her “yes” count by trusting God's voice, walking in obedience, and embracing the extraordinary life He has prepared for her.
